Thibault Bera draws on his culinary roots anchored in France and Italy as well as his experiences working around the world to elevate traditions and provide fresh perspectives on classics. Together with his culinary brigade his mantra is to focus on produce and authenticity.

The Brasserie Alfa is a vibrant destination to socialize, savor delicious meals, and enjoy drinks at the bar, in a welcoming art deco setting. Originally opened in 1930, its recent renovation brings new life to its storied past, featuring works by Luxembourgish artist Julien Lefèvre. A new chapter and a new era begin in a fully restored setting that celebrates both traditions and contemporary sophistication.
